1920's Sears & Roebuck

The owners of this home were very excited to renovate their 1920s Farmhouse. They had a wedding they planned to host, and it was fast approaching. We listened to their needs and understood that they really wanted to keep some of their existing furniture, art and accessories, but still keep the feel of the 1920s farmhouse.

We painted the shiplap walls. Ripped out two layers of flooring to get to the existing hardwood floors and had them refinished. The woodfloors in the kitchen were a yellow pine, (unlike the oak floors that were refinished) so we painted them a classic gray color in the kitchen. Added all new quartz countertops, along with a new apron front farm sink and a stainless faucet. We wrapped the kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathroom in beadboard walls and ceilings. We finished the house off with all custom Roman Shades, custom pillows, and reupholstered furnishings.
